Saima Khan is a self-taught professional artist, born in Pakistan and raised in Chicago. Her creative journey began with an interest in graphic design, marketing, and theater before evolving into a deeper spiritual connection with Islamic art and calligraphy.
Saima has a particular love for abstract painting, using art as a way to express her emotions, dreams, experiences, and stories. She believes that art is a powerful form of expression and strives to portray a different emotion through every piece she creates.
Through her work, Saima also seeks to capture the important lessons and messages of the Quran while celebrating the beauty and history of Arabic calligraphy.
